1. What is Rock the World?
Rock the World is a 5k trail obstacle race and live music festival.

2. How is Rock the World different than other obstacle races?
Not everyone is preparing for battle. We want our participants to have fun! Our course is designed to challenge you, but not defeat you.

3. What do I get with my registration fee?
Not only do you get to run the most awesome race around, you also get a moisture wicking shirt, swag bag, finisher’s medal, post-race snack and drink, all day entertainment from a list of bands, and access to our virtual race bag.

4. Can I get a refund?
We do not give refunds for any reason. If you are unable to race you may transfer or sell your registration.

5. Can I transfer or sell my registration?
Email us at register@rocktheworldrace.com with your contact information, date of birth, and the contact information for the person you are transferring to. If you need to sell it and can’t find anyone, you can always try Facebook or Craigslist.

6. Is there anything fun for the family?
Yes! This is definitely a family event. Not only will we have the race, but we will have a live music festival, food vendors, and fun activities for the kids.

7. Are there age limits for race participants?
Yes, participants must be at least 14 years of age on race day.

8. What are the age groups?
14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, and 70+

9. Will I be able to do this even though I’m not in shape?
Absolutely! Some people will be doing this as a race while others will be doing this for fun.

10. What if I’m not able or don’t want to do a particular obstacle?
You may skip any obstacle, but you will not be qualified to win any of the timed prizes.

11. Will I have to do any swimming?
No, the deepest amount of water you’ll encounter may get up to your knees.

12. How early should I show up before my race?
We recommend that you show up at least an hour before your scheduled wave start.

13. Is there a secure place to put my stuff while I race?
Yes, we will have a secure bag check area at all race locations.

14. How should I train for Rock the World?
Run, jump, climb, crawl, duck, and get dirty…or just come on out and see how it goes.
